Q = What are some good excercises to do at the gym that will help ease my low back pain?
I have an almost constant low back pain that I think have incurred from doing some ab workouts the wrong way. I am a pretty active young male who goes to the gym often. Is there a few good stretches that I can do to warm up before lifting weights that will help me get rid of this pain?

You should take a yoga class, it did wonders for my back. I have no pain at all now.This Might be Related
